How and when do I pay?
You pay nothing before a signed quotation and a written contract. Payments are split into stages tied to documented progress, and the transfer method is set in the contract to suit you.
Do I need a power of attorney?
Only if an official procedure is needed in your name, such as a restoration permit or a property transaction. Our specialised lawyers draft a power of attorney limited to that purpose, never beyond the agreed work.
What if we disagree?
The contract sets the specifications, duration and payments, and the photo-documented handover records are the reference for both sides. Any remark is settled item by item before the next payment.

Is the report really free?
Yes. Within Aleppo city, for a property owner living outside Syria or their authorised representative, and it carries no obligation to any further work.

We agree with you on how to access it: a relative, a neighbour, or someone you authorise. Receiving and returning the key is recorded in writing.
How do I follow the work from abroad?
Regular photo reports reach you on WhatsApp or by email, with the date of the photos and the stage of work, plus a handover record for each stage before moving to the next.
How do I pay?
