About
An engineering office working in study, execution and supervision. We cover restoration and cladding, mechanical works and energy, fire safety and security systems, and smart systems and digital transformation. One method runs through all of them: study before execution, a contract before the work, and a record for every step.
Our work extends from industrial facilities to buildings and companies, and from a single study to an integrated project spanning several disciplines. We take on engineering requests of every kind, and build the right team for each project.
Our team
Our team brings together engineers in architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and information technology, along with technical staff, execution crews, selected workshops, and suppliers of original equipment. Each discipline has someone who studies it, signs off on it, and follows its execution on site; the team is assembled for each project according to its size and nature.
Our principles
- Safety is a red line. We neither sign off on nor carry out anything we consider unsafe, whatever the offer.
- Documentation before execution. No work without a written contract.
- Clarity in pricing. Itemised line items, a stated validity period, and no surprises.
- Commitment to schedule. The execution period is a clause in the contract, with a published schedule and daily follow-up.
